In support of
transparency, the Office of the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner publishes several reports about its activities and operations.
The Commissioner publishes two annual reports.
One is on the administration of the
Conflict of Interest Act. The other is on the administration of the
Conflict of Interest Code for Members of the House of Commons.
These reports contain data on various activity areas, such as the provision of direction and advice to regulatees, education and outreach, and enforcement. They also include figures on how the Office meets its service standards.
The Office proactively discloses the Commissioner’s and employees' travel and hospitality expenses, contracts over $10,000 and annual financial statements.
The Office occasionally publishes other reports.
