The Conflict of Interest Act’s gift rules, including disclosure and public declaration requirements for accepted

The Act also has rules relating to travel, which would be considered a gift or other advantage under the Act, that apply specifically to ministers and parliamentary secretaries and their family members, ministerial advisers and ministerial staff.
